MRS. RALPH E. SUTCH, 44, Newport, RD, died Monday. A member of the Mannsville Lutheran Church, she is survived by her husband, a daughter, four brothers, including Roscoe Hoffman, of Duncannon, RD, three sisters. Services will be held today at 2 p.m. at New Bloomfield with her pastor, the Rev. LeRoy S. Deitrich, in charge. Burial will be at New Bloomfield Cemetery.
