I've calculated the birth date.

Anna died in a state hospital; it appears that the death certificate has some discrepancies on it and I've listed some statistics below for correlation.

The informant was Anna's sister, Della (Emma Della Winters) who was about 10 years younger than Anna.

The death certificate shows a birth year of 1879 and it should be about 1866.

1870 Census - Anna shows as 4 years old and this age does fit between two of her siblings. She also is listed as being blind. Anna was the first child of Peter and his second wife, Elizabeth.
1880 Census - Anna shows as 13 years
1900 Census - Anna shows as 34 years old
1906 - Anna's father died
1910 - Anna's mother died
1920 Census - I can't find Anna listed. Could she have entered the state hospital after her mother's death due to her disability? She would have been about 54 years old.
1930 - Anna shows as 62 years old, being an "inmate" at the hospital. The age would be about two years younger than what it should have been.
1940 Census - not found due to her death in 1936

The informant, Della Winters' address, 1610 Logan St., Harrisburg agrees with the 1945 City Directory.
It is interesting that the first child born to Peter's second wife would have a middle name of his previous wife's first name.
