Laura Eva Seely

PARADISE - Laura Eva Seely of Paradise, a homemaker, died Wednesday at a Bridgeport hospital after a short illness. She was 90.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Lone Star Fundamental Baptist Church, where she was a member. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Fort Worth.

Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Seely was born in Kentucky and had lived in Paradise about six years. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Survivors: Four sons, Jack Seely of Paradise, Carrol Seely and Calvin Seely, both of Fort Worth, and H.W. "Doug" Seely of Dallas; three daughters, Eunice Rodgers of Hull, Ill., Nell Fairchild of Arlington and Hazel Pierce of Grapevine; brother, Erving Barnes of Odessa; 50 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
