Celeste and her sons Pierre(Peter) and Antoine and their families emigrated to Minnesota in 1881, settling in Crow Wing township. Sons Joseph and Thomas emigrated to Wisconsin, ending up in Marinette.
Celeste is buried in the family plot of her son, Antoine.
