Blanche is the daughter of Garrett Linville and Anna Galbreath Linville. They had two surviving children, Lucille and Blanche, before Anna passed away and Garrett remarried Flora Dray and they had two sons, Robert and W.H. At age 17, Blanche married Stanley Wiggins and had two girls, Ruth Evelyn and Virginia, before passing away tragically at age 21 miscarrying her third child. It is said that she died at home, bleeding out on the kitchen table. Stanley remarried and his young wife raised Evelyn and Virginia as her own.
