Cemetery book says this is Clyde Adams, died June 12 1925.

Per death certificate 61887, whose informant was Plummer P. Adams, Rt 6, Franklin, Boyd W. Adams, son of Plummer and Hazel Higbee Adams, Franklin RD 6, Frenchcreek Twp, died there June 22 1925 of cerebral tubercular meningitis. Buried Jun 23 1925.

Funeral services in memory of Boyd W. Adams, nine-month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Plumer Adams, Polk Road, who died Monday, were held at the home on Tuesday afternoon, Interment followed in the Sandycreek cemetery.

Boyd Wood Adams, 10 months-old-child of Mr. and Mrs. Plummer Adams of Polk, died Monday evening after an illness of three weeks. Besides his parents, he leaves brothers and sisters, Wayne, Russell, Merle, Deane, and Bess.

Services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock with Rev. C. C. Mohney of Polk, in charge. Interment was in the Sandycreek cemetery.
