Born Feb. 26, 1920 in Bountiful, Utah to Charles David and Eliza Jane Parkin Yeiter. Married Jean Julia Birrell Dec. 20, 1947, later solem-nized in the Salt Lake Temple.William graduated from Davis High School in 1940. He was employed by Greyhound bus Co. retiring after 32 years. Also William was a faithful mem-ber and High Priest in his church, loved gardening, deep sea fishing and spending time with his family.
Survived by: loving wife Jean, sons Steven W. (Athalie) and James A. (Rita), daughters Barbara Panetta, Lorraine Baker (James) and Sally Maxey (Bill), two sisters, 11 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and many extended family members.
Preceded in death by: Parents, two brothers and five sisters.
Funeral services will be held on Sat. May 6, 2000 at 1 p.m. at the Millcreek 4th Ward Chapel (600 East 4558 South). Friends and family may call on Fri. May 5, 2000 from 6-8 p.m. at Memorial Estates (5850 So. 900 E. Murray) and from 12:00 noon to 12:45 prior to the service at the church. Internment Redwood Memorial Estates (6500 So. Redwood Rd.)
In Lieu of flowers the family requests a donation to the American Parkinsons Disease Assoc.
