"DEATH OF A GOOD CITIZEN. - We regret to announce the death of another of our best citizen, Mr. ANDREW NICOL, a well-known dealer in agricultural implements, Sycamore Street. He departed this life, at his residence, last night, about 10 o'clock. Deceased was a native of Scotland, but has resided in this country for many years.
He had charge of the celebrated Sandy Point estate, on James river, for a long time. He subsequently removed to this city, Here, for a while, he was superintendent of the Agricultural Farm and a co-editor of the Southern Farmer. He was much beloved, and his death will be lamented by a large circle of acquaintances -

The funeral of this estimable man took place at the Tabb Street Presbyterian Church, in the afternoon of yesterday, whence, after the solemn services were over, his remains were followed to Blandford Cemetery by a long procession, including the St. Andrew's Society, of which he was an honorary member, where the last and obse?? were performed. Mr. Nicol had been in wretched health for more than two years. His disease was consumption. -
