Born in Rocky Bay, Isle Madame, Richmond Country, she was a daughter of the late William H. and Elizabeth (née O'Mullins) Hearn.
Helen worked in the housekeeping department at St. Martha's Regional Hospital for over 30 years.
Surviving are her son, John Boudreau of Vancouver, British Columbia; brother, Norman Hearn of D'Escousse.
She was predeceased by her husband, Charles; her brothers, John, Carl, Neil and Bert; her sisters, Mary, Beatrice and Theresa.
Funeral service was held in St. Ninian's Cathedral, Rev. RayHuntley officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Martha's Regional Hospital Foundation.
