Graveside services will be held 11am Monday, January 20, 2014 at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens with Pastor James Bare officiating.
Phillip was born February 29, 1940 in Owosso, the son of Florian and Marie (Radon) Andre.
He attended Salem Lutheran School.
Phillip had been a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church in Lansing and had recently transferred to Salem Lutheran Church in Owosso.
He was employed through the years at ACKO Services in Owosso and Goodwill Industries in Flint.
Phillip is survived by special friends Cheryl and Michael Brown.
He was predeceased by his parents Florian and Marie.
