PELFREY, ARLEN G. "HANK"age 81, of Knoxville, passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2008. He was a retired truck driver and formerly employed by Southeastern Trailways. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. Predeceased by daughter, Teresa Gwen Ellison. Survivors include: wife of 46 years, Betty Pelfrey; daughter, Shelly McMahan; son, Ron Nash of Ohio; grandchildren, LeAnne Ellison Brookshire and husband Joey, Leslie McMahan, Heather McMahan Hayes and husband Joshua, Tyler McMahan, Rachel Myers and husband Rodney, Jessica Nash, Matt Nash; ten great-grandchildren, several brothers, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends in the Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel, Friday, from 5 pm until the 7 pm funeral service, Rev. Eddie Myers officiating. Family and friends will assemble at Greenwood Cemetery for 11 am Saturday graveside services.
