Carl Foust
Carl Foust, 91, of 320 Collins Rd., Boise, died on Tuesday, June 12, 1984, of natural causes. Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 15, at Dry Creek Cemetery with Rev. Orvil Stiles officiating. Services are under the direction of the Alden Waggoner Chapel.
Mr. Foust was born on August 21, 1893, in Lead, S.D. His parents moved to Bridger, Mont., in 1895, traveling by wagon train. Carl spent several years in this area driving freight wagons into Yellowstone Park and farming.
He enlisted in the Army in 1917, where he served as a driver for munitions in Germany. He married Mary Ellen Phillips on July 3, 1922 in Billings, Montana.
