Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, January 24, at the Layton First Ward LDS Chapel at 1 p.m. for Mrs. Elizabeth Jane (Lizzie) Nalder Morgan, 72, who died January 20,1962 at her home following a stroke.
Born November 5, 1889, in East Layton, she was a daughter of Stephen and Catherine Forbes Nalder.
She married Alfred J. Morgan on February 19, 1931, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died August 2, 1955.
Mrs. Morgan had been a seamstress before her marriage. She was a member of the Layton 10th LDS Ward and a Relief Society worker. (Taken from notice in the Ogden Standard Examiner, 27 January, 1962)
