Luann Simpson Cole died on Monday, January 13, 2014 at her home in Stillwater, Oklahoma. She was born on July 16, 1949 in Stillwater, Oklahoma to Virgil and Freda (Thurman) Simpson of the Simpson Dealership in Stillwater. She served as a probation officer with the State of Oklahoma. She loved life and loved her dogs, Hershey and Dakota. She is preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Freda; and husband, Larry Cole. Her funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at the Strode Funeral Home Chapel in Stillwater, Oklahoma with Pastor Aldon Preston officiating. Interment will follow at Stigler Cemetery with Reverend Tommy Brown officiating. Strode Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
