Hannah Whistler Snoke, wife of Rev John Snoke. She appears to have been a deeply religious and pious woman. She is buried in the Snoke Cemetery/Graveyard next to her husband (located on the west side of Middle Road about halfway between Route 997 and Mountain Road, GPS N 40 degrees 12.88 and W 77 degrees 28.73) near the Mifflin Elementary School, Upper Mifflin Township, PA.
She was the youngest of six children, the daughter of Samuel Wissler and granddaughter of Jacob Wisler. She married her husband John on 29 November, 1808, in Lancaster. They had eight children, and moved to Mifflin Twp, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
