Anna Lacey Mulkey was my 4th great grandmother. Anna was first married to John Lacey Jr. (1750-1817). and one of their children was Pheby Lacy. Pheby married a Lucas and her granddaughter married my great grandfather William R. Collier. I would appreciate if you would transfer this memorial to me. If not, please add the following information: maiden name Anna Denton born 1760 in VA, died 1825 in TN. Parents were Abraham Denton and Martha Thorne Denton. Suggested Edit: My 2nd x great grandfather Thomas A. Anderson had two daughters with Anna Lacey Mulkey . Amanda and Emily. This was after her Mulkey husband had died.
They lived with Thomas's sister Elizabeth Anderson Tipton near Hernando ,Ms. then moved to Missouri with their father wher they later married. Emily to Dr. I. J. Jones in 1856. Amanda married John Felker also in Mo. In Thomas A. Anderson's will he names them as his heirs but says they are illegitimate daughters by the body of Anna Lacey Mulkey. Sometimes the name Baker was associated with Anna too.
