Funeral services were held for Mrs. G. William Nagel, 82, of the Greenleafton area near Preston, who died Feb. 17 at Spring Valley Community Memorial Hospital. She had been hospitalized since suffering a stroke two weeks ago.
Services were at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 19 at Greenleafton Reformed Church with the Rev. Walter Pickup officiating. Burial was at the church cemetery.
Mrs. Nagel, the former Cynthia Ledeboer, was born June 19, 1886, in Prairie View, Kan. After her marriage there on Sept. 9, 1910, she and her husband moved to the Greenleafton area. She has lived here since that time. Mr. Nagel, a farmer, died in 1960.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Harold (Pearl) Hebrink of Greenleafton, with whom she lived after her husband's death; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers, Benjamin of Cedar Grove, Wis., and John of Armour, S.D., and three sisters, Mrs. John (Mary) Prinsen of Preston, Mrs. Fred (Hattie) Zweerink of Lincoln, Neb., and Mrs. Benjamin (Dora) Harbers of Prairie View. She was preceded in death by two daughters in addition to her husband.

Pallbearers were Gerald Vander Plass, Raymond Apenhorst, Carroll Prinsen, Harold Elfrink, Vernal Nagel and Herschel Mensink.
