Services for Luava B. DuBois, 78, of Co. Rte. 6, Fulton, who died Friday, Jan. 11, at Florida Hospital South in Orlando after a brief illness, were held Tuesday, Jan. 15, at Foster Funeral Home. Spring burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. A native of Gouverneur, Mrs. DuBois resided in Fulton most of her life. She retired as an office worker from Nestle Foods Inc. of Fulton. She was a member of North Volney United Methodist Church, Elizabeth Chapter 105 OES of Fulton, and the Volney Senior Citizens. Her husband, Lyman A., died in 1988. Surviving are a daughter, Flora B. Hotaling of North Syracuse; two sister, Frances Perth of Vermillion and Margaret Salmonsen of Oswego; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Contributions may be made to the North Volney United Methodist Church memorial fund.
