Mrs. Pauline Ostarich, age 80, a resident of Bradenton, FL. passed away Sunday, December 12, 2010 at the Our Home @ Warescreek Assisted Living Facility, due to heart failure.
Mrs. Ostarich was born May 23, 1930 in Charleston, West Virginia to Fulton and Mary (Carr) Spaulding. Pauline and her husband Mike moved to the Polk County area in 1968 from West Virginia where they lived for over 30 years then she moved 10 years ago to Bradenton. She was a homemaker and a member of the Victory Freewill Baptist Church in Auburndale.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Mike Ostarich; 4 brothers and 1 sister. Pauline is survived by: 5 sons: Michael Ostarich of Winter Haven, FL, Richard Ostarich of Bradenton, FL, Steven Ostarich of Bradenton, FL, Gregory (Terri) Ostarich of Winter Haven, FL, Kevin Ostarich of Bradenton, FL; 2 daughters: Mary (Steve) Sousa of Bradenton, FL, Sandra Wittke of Bradenton, FL; 2 brothers: Robert (Joanne) Spauld-ing of W. Virginia Harold (Betty) Spaulding of W. Virginia; 10 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon Thursday, December 16, 2010 at the Kersey Funeral Home; interment will follow at the Lakeside Memorial Park. Visitation will be held before from 11:00am till 12:00pm at the funeral home.
