Daughter of William and Levina (Brindley) Cryderman, married Albert Walter Reich on September 30, 1921 in Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan, one of the couples who were married by the record-breaking Rev. T.R. Easterday of the Sault.
Mother of four, one died in infancy, also Lester, Beatrice and Edna.
Ida May Reich, 49, died at the War Memorial Hospital at 9:45 a.m. today, Monday, June 3, 1946, after an illness of six weeks, three of which she had spent in the hospital.
She was born in Dafter, Michigan, June 2, 1897, and on September 28, 1921, she married Albert Reich. She has lived in Chippewa county all her life.
Mrs. Reigh attended the Presbyterian church.
Surviving are her husband Albert; one son, Lester, and two daughters, Bernice and Edna, all of the Sault.
Six brothers, Basil, Russell and Lester Cryderman, all of Dafter, William of McCaroon, Forrest of the Sault and Joseph of Salt Point, also survive.
The body rests at the Vanderhook Funeral Home, where services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, Dr. John VerStraate officiating.
Burial will be in Donaldson cemetery.

She died the day after her 49th birthday.
