Kenneth was the son of Frank Lehrkamp and Anna Steininger.

Nov 6, 1929 - Carroll Times - Kenneth Lehrkamp, ten-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lehrkamp of this city, died Wednesday evening, October 30, 1929, at 11:30 o'clock, after a brief illness. He became ill Monday night and on Tuesday was taken to the detention hospital, where he passed away.

Kenneth Lehrkamp was born in this city March 11, 1919. He was in the sixth grade of the SS. Peter & Paul school and was a bright, studious boy, a favorite among his schoolmates.

Surviving besides the sorrowing parents are a sister and three brothers: Shirley, Robert, Merlin and Paul. He is also survived by his grandmother, Mrs. Fannie Lehrkamp of this city.

Private funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at 4 o'clock conducted by Rev. L. Schenkelberg, pastor of the SS. Peter and Paul church and burial was made in the parish cemetery.
