Husband of Clara Mae Warbington Rice. Son of Charlie Lee Rice and Bessie Adelaide Alexander Rice. Served in the Navy in WWII. Worked at Scottdale Mills,and was to retire in just one week at the time of his death. Predeceased by his son, Ronald Waymond Rice. Survived by two sons and one daughter and several grandchildren.

Lester was a dear, kind man. He would do anything for anybody. He loved Christmas time.
