He leaves his widow, Mrs. Fannie Hartegan; a daughter, Mrs. Velma Henderson, and a son, Milton Hartegan, both of the home; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Garrett of Pueblo, Colo., and Mrs. Hannah Nelson of Prescott, Ariz.; five brothers, James Hartegan of Mexico, Mo., John Hartegan of Montgomery City, Mo., Joseph Hartegan of Pueblo, Colo., William Hartegan of 1225 South 39th Street in Kansas City, Kas., and Lee Hartegan of Bakersfield, California.
