They had 5 boys together: Owen Wesley born December 28, 1918; Harley Leroy born August 28, 1920; Lester Carl born December 3, 1921; Warren Richard born March 8, 1925; Norman Ditmore born November 23, 1926. All their boys stayed at home. One was married for a short period of time and then he divorced and came back home. All five of the boys lived their entire lives on the farm in Staples, Todd Co., Minnesota and died there.
Elmer Lundquist died April 27, 1962 at the age of 73. His wife, Iona Lundquist, lived to be a hundred and one years old.
