MOCKSVILLE - Mrs. Myrtle Marie Carpenter Lineberry, 75, of Spring Hill Drive, died Friday, Dec. 27, 2013, at Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House in Salisbury.
She was born April 30, l938, in Stanly County, to the late Crawford and Flora Shepherd Carpenter.
Mrs. Lineberry was retired from KOSA Industries in Salisbury.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Lee "Bob" Lineberry on July 5, 2002; and a son, Randy Lineberry on June 17, 2012.
Survivors include a daughter, Cindy Church of Winston-Salem, a son; Ricky Lineberry of Mocksville, three grandchildren, Deanna Naylor (Matt) of Mocksville, Jenna Wolford (Justin) of Clemmons and Will Lineberry of Lexington, and three great-grandchildren, Ashlie and Alyssa Campbell and Khali Elise Leonard.
A funeral service will conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31, in Eaton Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Shelby Harbour officiating. Interment will follow in Legion Memorial Park, Cooleemee.
