Jack was born Feb. 17, 1938, in Cherokee to Ruby (Price) and Roy Custer and died Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2013, in Cherokee.
He married Judie Swimm Jan. 14, 1996.
Preceded by one son, his parents, one brother and two sisters.
Surviving are wife, Judie; stepchildren, Timothy Russo and Tracie DeLozer; two granddaughters, Shanely and Carli; and two great-grandsons, Arron and Alec.
