He is survived by a sister, Stella Kuker, of Florida. He was predeceased by two sisters, Beatrice and Barbara Bates and a brother, Edward Bates. A Mass of Christian Burial and interment were conducted. Arrangements were conducted by the Joseph J. Darrow Sr. Funeral Home, Inc., Rt. 9, Hyde Park, NY.
