He is survived by his wife Janie Menke of Punta Gorda, FL; daughter, Kristina his mother Barbara of Port Charlotte, FL; step-children, Jessica, Joshua and DJ Jacobs; 8 grandchildren; niece Nicole Boyd and nephew Shaun Bridges both of Utah as well as extended family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be celebrated at 1:00 pm, Saturday July 13, 2013 at the at the Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home, 635 E Marion Ave, Punta Gorda, FL 33950.
Inurnment will be at Royal Memorial Gardens in Punta Gorda at a later date.
