Henry Vee Keeth, 90, of Wapato died Monday, January 7, 1991 at Community Hospital in Yakima. Henry was born May 24, 1900, to Simon Peter and Nancy (Whittle) Keeth in Iberia, MO where he was raised and educated.

The family moved to the Wapato area in 1932 where he was engaged in orchard work until his retirement. He married Dora Alexander Rowden in Yakima on April 10, 1944. He was a member of the Wapato Christian Church.

Mr. Keeth is survived by his (2nd) wife, Dora Keeth of Wapato; two sons, Spurgeon Keeth of Wapato and (step-son) Leonard Rowden of Gray Summit, Mo.; two daughters, Mrs. Harold (Wanda) Grewe of Zillah and Eula Lawrence of Wapato; two brothers, Connie Keeth of Wapato and Olie Keeth of Iberia, Mo.; two sisters, Stella Duncan of Eldon, Mo. and Gertie Robinson of Lake Ozark, Mo.; 37 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two sons, one daughter and several brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 10 at 1 p.m. at Merritt Funeral Home Chapel in Wapato. Burial will be in Reservation Community Memorial Park west of Wapato.
