Mrs. Sarah Zimmerman, 86, a pioneer resident of the Wanette vicinity, died in an Alberquerque, New Mexico hospital from head injuries suffered when he fell on concrete steps.
Mrs. Zimmerman moved from the Wanette vicinity only a year ago.
Funeral services were held at the Methodist Church in Wanette at 2:00 Friday afternoon. Rev. H. E. Darrow officiated.
Burial was in the Wanette Cemetery. Bearers were D. K. Neal, J. P. Williamson, Carrol Flynn and E. D. Rogers.
Relatives include a daughter Mrs. O. L. Beckner, Albuquerque; two brothers Will & John Burnett Jr. of Oklahoma City and two granddaughters Mrs. R. R. Ray and Mrs. Ruby Hawkins of Oklahoma City.
Coopers were in charge of arrangements.
