Mrs. Annie Brown Akin, 90 years of age, a resident of this city, died Thursday, Oct. 11th, at Sunrise Manor Nursing Home here after an extended illness. She was the widow of J. A. Akin.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Ree Rock of this city; a grandson, Bernard Rock of Mt. Washington, Ky., and two grandchildren, Jimmy Rock and Becky Rock.
Funeral services were held Sat in the chapel at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home with the Rev. Kenneth Hayes officiating. Burial was in the Red Hill Cemetery.
