Fred F. Parkhurst, 67, formerly of 1024 N. Van Buren, died Monday at a local nursing home.
He was born April 14, 1904, in Topeka and had been a resident of Topeka all his life. He was a former employee of Skinner Nursery.
Survivors include two sons, Charles Parkhurst and Frederick Parkhurst, both of Topeka; a daughter, Mrs. Beverly Harrop, Willow Springs, Mo.; a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Clark, Lawrence, and 7 grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Friday at Rochester Cemetery.
