Ronnie Hofer was born April 25, 1942 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Thomas Wesley and Marjorie Hazel Terman Hofer. He was the fourth of nine children. He went to Ogden High School and graduated in 1960. He lived in Portland, Oregon, Lubbock, Texas and then settling in El Paso, Texas. He married his wife Donna in 1966 and they had 3 children. He was diagnosed with MS in the late 1990's and had slowly been declining. He worked in many different fields including boat mechanic, car mechanic, and salesman. He is survived by his children Christine Cresmer of Vancouver, Washington; Ronnie Hofer Jr. of Odessa, Texas; and Roger Hofer of Portland, Oregon. Brothers Norman (Joan) Hofer of Eatonville, Washington; Jerry L (Annabelle) Hofer of Roy, Utah. Sisters Marie King and Luann (Perry) McKinnon both of Ogden, Utah; Betty Jean Hofer of Clearfield, Utah. 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren
He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Clifford D Hofer, sisters Carol Bullough and Rosemary Lum. niece Beverly Bullough and nephews Johnathon M Hofer and Bradley Jay McKinnon.
