He retired from the United States Navy in 1975 as a Chief Warrent Officer Third Class(CWO3) with 26 years of service.
He then joined the Washington County Sheriff's Office as a deputy and retired as a captian after 12 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife Eileen Jackson Sebourn; A sister Peggy Sebourn; sons Jim Sebourn and wife Stacy,Louis Sebourn, Michael Evans and wife Carolyn and Randy Evans and wife Patty. Four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
