Civil War Veteran, William Adams, 82nd Ohio infantry Co, E. Enlisted 5 Dec 1861, Discharged Dec 5, 1864. He came home from the Army Dec 18, 1864 to Kenton, Hardin Co, Ohio and moved to Celina, Mercer Co, Ohio. In 1869 he moved to Monticello, IA and in 1880 moved to Seward, Nebraska and Richland Co, Ohio. He was injured while in Service in June 1862 in Martinsburg, VA.
