Barnhart, Judith M., 65, of Glendale, AZ passed away on March 23, 2010.
Judith was born June, 17, 1944 in Valparaiso, Indiana. Judy went to Kouts High School where she graduated in 1961. Judy grew up in the same state and eventually moved with her family to Phoenix, AZ in 1982.
Judith was an amazing mother, wife and grandma who will never be forgotten. She was the love of our lives and leaves a legacy to be proud of. She not only taught us to love God with all our heart but showed us every day the love of Jesus in everything she did. We are blessed and thankful God chose her especially just for us.
Judy is survived by her husband of 46 years James Barnhart, her son Michael Barnhart, her daughter Stacey Canning, son in law John Canning, grandsons Chase and Ryan Canning.
Judy is also survived by her mother Florence Birky, her brother Larry, his wife Mryna, and brother Roger Birky all residing in Indiana with their families. Her sister Lavonne Bennette lives in Wisconsin with her husband Bruce and family.
Memorial services will be held at Peace Lutheran Church, 18265 N. 89th Ave, Peoria AZ 85382, 1:00 PM, Thursday, April 15, 2010. Our family asks in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
