BENTON HARBOR - Eva Lenora Grenert, 86, formerly of Benton Harbor, died Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2000, at North Ottawa Care Center, Grand Haven, Mich.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 29, at Dey-Florin Chapel, Florin Funeral Service, St. Joseph, where visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be Monday, oct. 30, in Highland Cemetery, South Bend, Ind. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of North Ottawa Community.

Mrs. Grenert was born Nov. 9, 1913, in Bowman, Ga., and moved to the Benton Harbor area in 1950. She later moved to Grand Haven.

Survivors include: her two daughters - Mrs. Alan (Margaret) Freeman of Grand Haven and Sharon Frey of Austin, Texas; two sisters - Louise Applegat of Stevensville and Mrs. Ted (Betty) Bower of Elkhart, Ind.; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Grenert was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Grenert, in 1948.
