Ada Evans Biery, 89, who lived in Wyncote, died Monday while visiting relatives in Cohutta, Georgia.
The widow of Jay M. Biery, former engineering director for Amchem Inc. and member of the Washington Crossing Park Commission, she was a registered nurse and a graduate of old Philadelphia General Hospital.
Surviving are her daughters, Eloise Ward and Ruth Mary Roland; three grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday at Whitemarsh Memorial Park Mausoleum. Those attending will meet at 11:00 a.m. at the tower in the cemetery in Prospectville.
