Funeral services for Mrs. Eunice Simpson Mason, 88, resident of the Crescent View Community, were held at 10 o'clock Friday morning at Pulaski Funeral Home, conducted by Dr. William H. Mansfield, Methodist minister. Burial took place in Maplewood Cemetery.
Mrs. Mason died at 8 o'clock on Wednesday night, August 3, at her residence after a prolonged illness.
Born April 20, 1872, in Giles County, she was the daughter of the late John Fletcher Simpson and Mary Scruggs Simpson, and was a lifelong member of the Methodist Church.
Her husband, Carson T. Mason, died many years ago.
Mrs. Mason is survived by one daughter, Miss Miriam Mason; two sons, John E. Mason, both of Crescent View, and Mahlon E. Mason, Pulaski; and one gradndaughter, Miss Alice Mason, Crescent View.
