She was born on December 5, 1921 in Peoria, IL the daughter of Herbert A. and Dorothy Lottman LeRoy. She married Earl F. Barham on May 30, 1942 in Peoria, IL. He passed away on April 14, 2002.
She is survived by one brother, four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, Jeff Barham, Ronald Boone, two brothers, and one sister.
Phyllis had worked in the circulation department at the Peoria Journal Star for many years. She was also a good homemaker.
