Dec. 9, 1770 at the Wintonbury Parish Church. They had at least three children: Sally F. (Crosby), Bishop and Harriet (Cadwell), the latter two bapt. the same day at Wintonbury, but only the two daus. can be successfully traced by the memorialist. Daniel Pettibone, Jr. was an inventor with an extensive list of inventions and d. in 1820, but where he is interred is unknown. Whether Daniel or Roxcy was the spouse granted the divorce has not been uncovered.
Roxcy m. 2) Feb. 24, 1802 at the Wintonbury Parish Church, Timothy Terry, latter whose identity is incomplete in the marriage record. Timothy was the s. of John Terry and Martha Gridley, b. Jan. 25, 1755 at Simsbury, Conn. where he d. Nov. 10, 1846 (g.s.)
Meanwhile, Daniel Pettibone, Jr. m. 2) Nov. 25, 1804 at the Wintonbury Parish Church, Margaret McLean of Berlin, Conn. and had additional children. Margaret d. in 1856 and purportedly is interred at the Congressional Cemetery associated with Christ Episcopal Church in downtown Washington, D.C.
Roxcy Latimer and Timothy Terry had at least one confirmable child, son Asa, b. circa 1807 at Simsbury, Conn., where he d. Aug. 19, 1850 (g.s.)
