Judith (Walker) Cunningham 75, of Kokomo, passed away at 2:54pm Friday, November 8, 2013 at St. Joseph Hospital. Judith was born July 4, 1938 in Kokomo to the late Virgil E. and Helen Walker. Her marriage to Jack J. Cunningham who preceded her in death was on December 7, 1957 in Connersville, IN. Judith worked for the Division of Family and Children Services for 29 years. She was a member of Crossroads Community Church. She enjoyed doing crafts and was very creative. She also had a quick wit about her.
Survivors include her son Greg L. Cunningham (Lori), a brother Richard Walker (Dorinda), a step-brother John Weeks (Pat), a step-sister Rita Slaughter, and a step-sister-in-law Janice Weeks, three grandchildren, Shannon Moore, Joshua Jolly, and Blake Johnson, two great-grandchildren Alexia Moore and Amirah Moore, along with several nieces and nephews.
Judith was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jack J. Cunningham, two step-sisters, Janet Weeks and Jannette Zyss.
There will be Graveside Services at 2:00p.m. on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at Kokomo Memorial Park 1300 E. North Street. Pastor Ron DeGraaff will be officiating. Burial will be at Kokomo Memorial Park. Ellers Mortuary Main Street Chapel assisted the family with making arrangements.
