Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 6, 2009, in Hillcrest Cemetery in Sylvester. Rev. J Smith will officiate with burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Sylvester.
Mr. Carter was born on February 4, 1976 in Pahokee, Florida and was the son of Richard D. Carter, Sr. of Pierson, Florida and Lynda Padgett Jefferson of Sumner. He was employed by Burger King and was a member of Bethel Baptist Tabernacle in Sumner. He graduated from Worth County High School in 1995.
