Joseph L. Dorey, 85, of Yakima died Wednesday at Good Samaritan Health Care Center.
Mr. Dorey was born in Columbia Falls, Mont. He worked in logging, construction and as an orchardist until his retirement.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Dorey of Yakima; a daughter, Delores McLoud of Yakima, two sons, Bob Dorey and Richard Dorey, both of Yakima; two brothers, John Dorey of Wenatchee and Wayne Dorey of Shelton; two sisters, Lucille VanLith of Chelan and Nellie VanLith of Redmond; 11 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Shaw and Sons Funeral Chapel. Concluding services will follow at the Terrace Heights Memorial Park.
