Peter Bult, 77, a retired farmer, died at the Veterans Hospital in Sioux Falls. His funeral was held June 1, 1971, at the Methodist Church in Wessington Springs, with burial at Hope cemetery. Lee's Funeral Service was in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include his widow, Annie and 14 children. One child preceded him in death.
