Burial was to be in Delhi Masonic Cemetery under the direction of Kidder-Cox Funeral Home of Delhi.
Mr. Hurley died Monday at his residence after a lengthy illness.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Olive S. Hurley of Delhi; one son, David Lee Hurley of Delhi; one daughter, Mrs. Jane Hurley Knapp of Delhi; one brother, Frank Hurley of Delhi; one sister, Mrs. Pearl Castleman of Alva, Okla.; and two granddaughters.
Pallbearers were to be Dr. Lorenz Teer, Robert Anderson, Theron Loftin, George Haston, Paul Stephens, J. B. Morris, Woodrow Cobb and Tommie Wren.
