BARBARA F. COLLINS, 74, of Snake Hill Road, a former textile mill worker, died yesterday at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, North Providence.
She was the wife of the late Vernon M. Collins.
A lifelong Glocester resident, she was a daughter of the late William H. and Flora E. (Phetteplace) Sherman.
Mrs. Collins worked for Amperex Electronics, Slatersville, for many years until she retired. She had also worked in many local textile mills.
She was a member of the Chepachet and Pomona Grange.
She is survived by two daughters and two grandchildren.
She was the sister of the late Charles Sherman and Ruth Wilcock.
