Louise B. Smith, of New Oxford, entered into Heavenly rest October 3.
She was a daughter of the late Paul H. and Helen M. Smith Ackerman.
Mrs. Smith was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, New Oxford.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur J. Smith, who entered into eternal rest February 19, 1997, and is survived by two sons, Thomas A. Smith and Paul E. Smith, both of New Oxford; four daughters, Sarah A. Smith, Elaine M. Nicholson, Deborah A. Harper, and Regina M. Smith, all of New Oxford; seven grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; one great-grandson; two stepgreat-grandchildren; one brother, Charles Ackerman of Hanover, and one sister, Susan Ackerman of Hanover.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Michael J. Smith, who departed this life in 1982.
