Mrs. Christina Loy, age 68, wife of Samuel Loy, died at 5:20 a.m. yesterday at the family home, 2118 Park avenue, following a stroke of paralysis, suffered Sunday afternoon.
The body was taken to the Earl Sells mortuary. Funeral services will probably be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the residence, with burial in Grovelawn Cemetery at Pendleton.
Mrs. Loy was the daughter of William and Christena Iford and was born near Pendleton. She came here forty-two years ago.
Surviving besides the husband are two brothers: David Iford, Haviland, Kans., and Henry Iford, Pendleton; two sisters, Mrs. Rosa Biddle, Anderson, and Mrs. George Jackson, Pendleton and several nieces and nephews.
She was a member of the Lutheran church.
