age 56, of Huber Heights, passed away Thursday September 17, 2001 at Grandview Hospital. He is survived by his parents, James R. and LaRue Loy of Beavercreek; wife Lorraine Loy; daughter and son-in-law Melissa and James Oaks of Rockville MD; caregiver and special friend Barbie Jones and numerous family members and friends. Jim retired from FED-CON after more than 30 years of service as a carpenter. He was a member of the Carpenters Local 104. Memorial Services 6:30 PM Monday, at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME, BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia at Grange Hall Rd. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday 5:30 PM until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to The Humane Society of Greater Dayton.
